Steps we are taking

Please note in an attempt to preserve the health and safety of our guests, that we have discontinued our Continental Breakfast.  We are providing coffee and hot water for tea in our breezeway between 8 AM and 10 AM.

In the interests of the health and safety of our guests and employees:
Face masks must be worn at all times when entering the building and in common areas.
Please practice social distancing in all common areas, including the lobbies, porches, and breezeway.

As we all continue to adjust our behavior, we wanted to put your mind at ease and advise you of the additional health and safety measures we are taking to help keep our guests and staff safe.

Our staff will undergo temperature readings before being permitted to work.

Plexiglas guards have been placed around the front desk.

All "high-touch" areas are now being treated with additional disinfectant/sanitizer throughout the day.

Hand sanitizers are located at the main entrance, front desk, vending machine, and key pick up location.

All soft surfaces in the common areas will be treated daily with disinfectant/sanitizer.

Rooms will be sanitized after being cleaned using a spray disinfectant and UVC sanitation. 

Room keys will be treated with a disinfectant and then secured in the key pick up location


You will receive an email the day before arrival explaining our No Contact Check in Procedure.  This email will provide you with information on how to retrieve your keys, beach badges, and instructions on how to locate your room.  It will also contain the earliest available check in for your room.

Daily housekeeping will not be available during your stay.  If you require fresh linens or any amenities, please contact the front desk prior to 3 PM.  If you place your soiled linen outside your door in the hallway, it will be replaced and set outside your door.

Trash and debris can me placed outside the room and will be collected throughout the day up till 3 PM.  Trash cans are located on the front wrap around porch as well as in the breezeway.

Pool and Beach Information

Due to the Government regulations/ guidelines,
the pool will remain closed for the season.


 

We have created a family seating area outside near the pool area.  This can be used to relax, spend time with members of your party, eat dinner, etc.  Please limit the number of guests to 4 in this area.  Entrance is located by the bike rack in the rear parking lot.

  Again, we ask that you practice social distancing.

The Beach and Boardwalk are open

We provide 2 beach tags per room.  If you need additional badges, please visit www.communitypass.net


NOTE: We will not be providing beach chairs at this time.
